Our Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes or clothing items aren't a perfect fit or you simply change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, placed inside a shipping box. Please do not use the shoebox as the primary shipping container.

Intimates, swimwear, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at service@westmontys.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. (Please note: Do not return items to our UK corporate address without contacting us first).

Pack the items securely and ship them back to us.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
